Analytics tell you what already happened, not what comes next. Reading users well fills that gap, and the decisions I trust most come from holding both at once.

Token-based design systems, working prototypes, and internal tools I build myself. Engineers get reference components instead of specs they have to interpret.

Eight months, eleven time zones, no friction.
Farhad rebuilt the whole of Furnzy, then built the pipeline that told us whether it was working. Eleven time zones apart, and I never once felt like I was managing a contractor.
